Nadia Wong – Becoming Your Own Best Friend

Author and Happiness Coach – Nadia Wong – will be joining us for this Zoom meeting to share her experiences with coming close to death and how you can utilise her advice to become happier and of greater service to others in your life and work.
‘Becoming Your Own Best Friend’ is based on one of the chapters of her new book “The Key to Happier Me”. She will talk about the importance of putting our well-being of mind, body and spirit first, to enable us to serve better.
Nadia will also talk a little about her near-death experience and how she turned her health around, about how she found herself lost in midlife and reignited her inner light and enthusiasm for life. In essence, she will talk about us taking responsibility for our overall well-being.
