We have a vacancy for the role of Meeting Attendees Manager.  Tasks this role involves are:

  • Find out the meeting attendees from the Meeting leader
  • Check meeting attendees for their feedback
  • Check attendee GDPR status
  • Email those with the missing GDPR form and request they complete it.
  • Update the database


You will need to be methodical and have an eye for detail and be able to use a simple spreadsheet.

You will need to be able to spare 1-2 hours each week to work on the project.

You will also need to be able to access our website and services in order to complete the role and therefore will qualify for a complimentary membership as part of the role.
