We have a vacancy for the role of Meeting Attendees Manager. Tasks this role involves are:
- Find out the meeting attendees from the Meeting leader
- Check meeting attendees for membership status
- Message all non-members with the rules of attendance and ask them to join where appropriate.
- Check attendee GDPR status
- Email those with missing GDPR form and request they complete it.
You will need to be methodical and have an eye for detail.
You will need to be able to spare 1-2 hours each week to work on the project.
You will need to be able to access our website and services in order to complete the role and therefore will qualify for a complimentary membership as part of the role.
