We have a vacancy for the role of Members’ Mailchimp Administrator
Tasks this role involves are:
- Creating a monthly newsletter for our members using Mailchimp
- Listing upcoming events and meetings that are exclusive for members
- Showcasing our members and volunteers
- Include text from interesting articles/pages from the website
- Keep the Mailchimp list up to date with the correct members.
You will need to be methodical and have an eye for detail.
You will need to be able to spare 3 hours each month to work on the project.
Training is given but you MUST be familiar with the basics of Mailchimp.
You will need to be able to access our website and services in order to complete the role and therefore will qualify for a complimentary membership as part of the role.
