We have a vacancy for the role of Memberships Administrator

Tasks this role involves are:

  • Add new members to our software when they join
  • Start and check on the automated process for the new member.
  • Check-in with the member to make sure its all going ok.
  • Send their questionnaire
  • Ask for an upload their documents
  • Check current members documentation complete and up to date.


You will need to be methodical and have an eye for detail.

You will need to be able to spare 1-2 hours each week to work on the project.

You will need to be able to access our website and services in order to complete the role and therefore will qualify for a complimentary membership as part of the role.
